You can’t see the sweat on his brow in the picture, but this guy right here is a hard worker !Dylan was placed at Stepp through Express Employment Forest Lake, MN as a janitor. His reliability, attention to fine detail, and overall thoroughness in the tasks he was doing led to him being promoted to a full time position in Electrical Assembly.
After a short time there, we realized the need for a full time Material Handler, and knew Dylan was perfect for the job. He quickly took ownership of his new role and helped form and develop it from its infancy stages to what it is now.
We have truly enjoyed being a part of Dylan’s growth at Stepp and are excited to continue on this journey with him!
